I bake potatoes like this for my family at least twice a week.

Have you ever wanted to bake crispy skinned potatoes like they do in the restaurants? I did too.  I searched for recipes on how to do it and I found that they were one step off. They added the olive oil before they cooked them. Try cooking them and then adding the olive oil. You will end up with a much crispier skin.  What tricks have you learned about baking potatoes?
